We hope you are completely happy with your purchases from GSF but we know there may be a time when you need to return something to us. If you’ve registered with us, please go to your account where you’ll be able to follow a returns process linked to your account. If you bought your goods without registering or wish to return your items via your local branch, please print off the returns label pdf, fill in the required fields and return it with your goods to:

Returns are accepted if you change your mind or are not happy with your item for any reason (please see section 8 of Terms & Conditions), however all products returned must be in a resalable condition including its original packaging.  GSF Carparts must be informed of any returns request within seven working days of delivery.  Please print out the returns PDF and enclose the completed form with the return parcel.

If you receive an incorrect product from GSF, please notify us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to replace any incorrect item as fast as possible.

By Branch: We offer free returns service for delivered items via any of our MAINLAND UK branches (excluding Ireland). Please print off and complete a returns label and take the goods, completed returns label and your invoice to your local branch who will return the goods on your behalf. Under no circumstances will the branch be able to refund or exchange goods which you recieved via post or courier. We apologise but all credits can only be done on return of the original goods to GSF and will be via your original payment method.

By Post: In all cases where an item requires returning, it will be at the buyers cost unless previously agreed with GSF Car Parts. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the return has been made necessary because of an error by GSF Car Parts.  Note: GSF Carparts will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that appropriate insurance cover option is selected where possible.


In all cases, refunds can only be issued once we receive the unwanted or faulty goods back. Please remember to include a completed returns form with the parcel so we can process the refund as fast as possible. Failure to include a completed returns form will result in a delay in processing.  We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a saleable condition.


Every item has a minimum 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event it becomes faulty within that period please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
